This policy explains how BitSquad LLC d/b/a MegawattLand ("MegawattLand") handles information submitted through megawattland.com.

What we collect

Information you submit in our forms (such as name, company, email, phone, load requirements and site details) and basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit.

How we use it

To review your request, verify your eligibility, respond to you, match buyers with sites, prepare offers, and provide services you request. We share your contact and requirements with Elyte Energy Partners LLC, our power procurement partner, only to respond to your request. Owner and site details submitted by sellers are not published without the owner's written consent.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Our site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Payments, when applicable, are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at admin@megawattland.com.

Security

We restrict access to internal data to authorized personnel and review our systems regularly. No system is perfectly secure.
