Terms of Use

Effective October 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of megawattland.com and the MegawattLand Grid Atlas, operated by BitSquad LLC d/b/a MegawattLand ("MegawattLand," "we"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Information only

Site figures, categories and previews are approximate, drawn from our research and third-party sources, not independently verified, and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, lease or buy any property, a solicitation of an investment, or a guarantee of power availability, pricing or interconnection.

2. Membership and advisory

Access to the Grid Atlas and advisory services requires our approval, which we may grant or refuse at our discretion. Fees are billed monthly after approval under the plan you select. Membership provides information and introductions only and does not guarantee any match, transaction or outcome. Advisory services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement and are not legal, tax, investment or licensed engineering advice.

3. Confidentiality

Site-level information shared with members is confidential. You may use it only to evaluate a transaction with MegawattLand or parties it introduces. You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish or share it, contact site owners to bypass MegawattLand, or use automated tools to access the site. We may require a separate non-disclosure or non-circumvention agreement and may suspend access for any breach.

4. Site owners and offers

By submitting a site, you confirm that you own it or are authorized in writing by its owner to share its information and seek offers. We review every submission and may decline any site. Any offer we make is non-binding until a definitive written agreement is signed by both parties.

5. Roles

MegawattLand is not a licensed real estate broker; it acts as a principal or works with licensed brokers where required. Retail electricity brokerage is provided solely by Elyte Energy Partners LLC, a PUCT-registered broker. Licensed engineering services, where required, are provided by licensed partner firms.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegawattLand is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute lies in Taylor County, Texas.
