US-located hardware only. Equipment must already sit in the United States at a stated address.
Operational equipment only. Miners need a recent hashrate test; electrical gear needs test or inspection records.
Two strikes, banned for life. Reviews count only from completed transactions and are confirmed by an admin.
Admins moderate. Elected admins review listings, disputes and strikes as volume grows; until then MegawattLand moderates.
One published procedure per deal: listing check, inspection, payment, shipping and handoff.
